What we collect

For a guest purchase we store the order itself: the plan, destination, amount, payment method and the eSIM profile issued to you. We do not require a name, an email address or an account to complete a purchase.

Optional information

If you ask us to email a backup copy of your eSIM, we store that address against the order for delivery. If you create an account, we store your first name, email and preferences so your eSIMs and payments stay together.

Payments

Card details are processed by our payment provider and never stored on our systems. Crypto payments are settled on-chain; we retain the invoice reference, not your wallet identity.

Support conversations

Messages you send to support are kept so an agent can follow the history of an issue. Ask us and we will delete a conversation.

Your choices

You can opt out of product emails at any time from your profile, delete your account, or simply keep buying as a guest. Deleting an account unlinks eSIMs from it; the profiles themselves remain usable through your order ID and access code.
